Q. What exactly is it that you do?
A. We repair dents and dings in metal and plastic panels on most automobiles. We essentially restore the original shape by pushing the the dented area back into place with special tool from the underside. It’s called Paintless Dent Removal, or PDR for short, and no one does it better than us. This eliminates the need to repaint and also the time and cost associated with repainting. This also eliminates the possibility of paint mismatch other related problems.
Q. Is my dent too large or too small to repair?
A. Generally speaking, there is no dent too large or too small. Actually the location and shape of the dent matter more than the size. We can usually tell you if something is repairable with a brief description or emailed photo of the damage.
Q. What will it look like after the repair?
A. The damage should range from unnoticeable to undetectable. This depends on the type of damage you have, but a technician can let you know exactly what to expect before the repair begins. Q. What if I am not happy with the repair?
A. If you are not completely satisfied with the repair, you will not be charged. Period!

Q. Do you offer any discounts for more than one dent or multiple vehicles?
A. Yes, Usually if you have one to three dings in the same area it will be covered by the basic price. We can also offer a number of discounts depending on the number of dents and their locations on the vehicle(s).
