Appointments
Appointments are made on a first come basis and they sometimes fill up in advance, so please call or email as soon as possible to secure your place on the calendar.
We will need to assess your repair needs to determine reparability and the proper amount of time for the repair, so we will need to know the following information:
Your contact information: Name, telephone, address and availability.
Your vehicle information: Year, Make, Model and Color.
Damage to vehicle: Type, Location, Size, Shape and Cause, if known.
Other info: How you heard of us and any concerns with the damage and/or repair.
If the damage is questionable or extensive, we may need to see the vehicle before setting a repair appointment. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you, and we want to do so in a timely manner.
Emailed photos are very helpful with any repair. Please include the above mentioned information with any emailed photos if possible and thanks in advance for your time.
